Classic Menu - Featuring
Marietta Cellars – Game Trail – Yorkville Highlands -  2021
Rating: 94 pts – Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Cases Produced: 1500
Our Single Estate Series represents our purest expressions of place. Having worked with the fruit from tens of vineyards over the years, we have identified three special sites that we believe create extraordinary wine. Produced in limited quantities, these wines have ultra-developed acid and tannin profiles and achieve a beautiful balance of intense structure and bright aromatics.
With a dark, dusty, salty mix of carpaccio, sage, and thyme, this mountain Cabernet with coastal influences cranks up with nuance and tension. Inky mulberry stains the mouth followed by puckery intensity, with a silty, dense finish. Deep and clean, tasting is akin to diving into a shaded mineral swimming hole surrounded by craggy boulders and emerging refreshed, vibrating, and wildly awake.

Premier Menu - Featuring
Provenance Vineyards - Fortitude – Napa Valley - 2018
Rating: 95 pts – James Suckling
Composition: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Malbec
Cases Produced: 1290Â
Fortitude Cabernet Sauvignon by Provenance Vineyards is from the finest vineyards throughout Napa (the best of the best in our opinion), in which each vineyard adds another layer of rich complexity.
Big and bold, this full-bodied Cabernet offers power and finesse in the intensely extracted and concentrated wine. Incredible depth of structure supports an expansive palate saturated with black fruit, rich dark chocolate and toasty espresso.

DuMOL – Napa Valley – 2019
Rating: 96 pts – Wine Enthusiast
Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Cases Produced: 625
During the 2019 harvest, grape quality became more impressive as the picking progressed, so it makes sense that the later varieties, Cabernet especially, are the finest wines of the vintage. We believe that 2019 will be regarded as among the finest four or five Cabernet vintages so far this century, as the wines contain everything that makes Napa Cabernet so remarkable—deep fruit richness of astonishing purity, layered enveloping texture and broad yet supple tannins.
Richness and concentration were easy to come by in 2019, and it could so easily have been excessive, but by harvesting as soon as the fruit was perfectly ripe (not later!), we retained the liveliness needed to bring focus and balance to all this broad generosity. You’ll find a deft balance between the various fruit, savory, textural, and structural elements in this new release, which combines three organically farmed vineyards located in Coombsville, Spring Mountain and Oakville.
