While the majority of the fruit comes from the floor of the Napa Valley to achieve the richness and elegance desired, we also relied on some grapes grown in the well-drained gravelly soils of the side slopes and at low elevations in the more mountainous areas for a blend with more structure and complexity than we could have achieved had we used fruit grown solely in a single region. Napa Valley AVAs: Oakville, St. Helena, Atlas Peak, Coombsville, Calistoga, and Howell Mountain.

Dark Plum in color with exuberant aromas of dark cherry strudel, ripe blackberry and cocoa nibs. Bold and opulent flavors dance on the palate. Boysenberry jam, dark chocolate, and Malabar plum swirl with a hint of clove. Elegant with strong acidity and velvety tannins lead to a long smooth finish. Pairs wonderfully with creamy tomato pasta with Italian sausage or a juicy portobello mushroom burger with pesto.

The classical bearing and never-ending pedigree of the great 2021 vintage makes this a first release beyond our dreams – and yet, entirely within your reach.

Entrancing aromatics of lilacs and cocoa powder, with lingering scents of black plums pulls you into the glass. Luscious and luxurious in the mouth, with a focused minerality, and accents of crème de cassis, blackberries, Luxardo cherries, and heady kirsch, with flourished of roasted Herbs de Provence, cascading into a powerful finish of finely polished tannins and a mouth filing decadence.

The Knights Bridge Estate Vineyard rises from 300 to 900 feet of elevation on the rugged slopes of the Mayacamas mountain range, exposed to cool winds from the Pacific Ocean, aiding in structure, flavor development, and retaining fresh acidity.

“Coming from a practically perfect growing season, the Knights Bridge 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of violets, red and black currants, black cherry, allspice, cigar box, and cedar. On the palate, the wine has smooth, supple tannins and flavors of cassis, black olive, baking spices, black tea leaves, and cocoa powder. The concentration of flavor is impressive and holds on throughout the lengthy finish. This wine is divine and drinking beautifully right now, but it still possesses aging capability”. – Anne Sewell
