What makes The Cab Club different from other wine clubs?

The Cab Club's mission is to deliver the best wines in the world to your door. We are able to achieve this because we are not a winery, which means that we do not have any preference towards any brand or producer of wine. We simply pick the best wines in each category, regardless of where they come from.

What happens if I don’t like a bottle of wine?

The Cab Club stands behind their choices with our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a bottle in your delivery, please contact us and we will replace your bottle with another bottle in your membership level, free of charge. 

Can I receive more than 3 bottles per month?

Yes! Members are able to subscribe to multiple subscriptions of the same or different levels.

When is my credit card charged?

Your subscription is billed on the 1st of each month automatically. No account maintenance is necessary.

When can I cancel my subscription without being charged?

Subscriptions that are cancelled before the 1st of the upcoming month will not be charged and will no longer receive deliveries. All cancellations made after the 1st of month will receive that months delivery and the cancellation will go into effect the following month. 

How do I order more of a certain wine?

Which states are eligible?

Our mission is simple, regulations are not. Regulations change continuously so please stay subscribed to our mailing list for information on any changes in your area.

Why do other wine clubs service more areas?

What makes us different also presents limitations. Most other wine clubs are wine makers that produce, label and sell to subscribers. Wine producers have different rules and regulations that apply to them, which enable them to service more areas versus companies that are not wine producers. While this limits The Cab Club geographically, it also exposes the customers that we are able to service to the best wines in the wines in the world without bias towards any single producer. 

How does delivery work?

Deliveries are shipped out in the 2nd week of each month. Someone who is at least 21 years old must be present in order to sign and accept the delivery. Carriers are not allowed to leave packages unattended regardless of having a signature on file.

What happens if my bottle is damaged?

All shipments are shipped in the industries leading pulp shipping containers for the wines protection. However, if a bottle is damaged, please contact support for replacement.

How does the wine lottery work?

The Cab Club runs a monthly lottery where subscribers have the chance to win the most coveted bottles of wine in the world! Winners are chosen at random and the lottery bottle will replace one of the bottles from the monthly menu.

Lottery winners will not be announced in advance so keep an eye out on every delivery to see if you hit the jackpot!

Who is eligible to participate in the lottery?

Every active subscriber is automatically entered into the lottery so there is no action required from you! All membership levels have the same chance of winning the lottery bottle. Gift a boxes are not eligible to win the lottery bottles.
